There is a $95 nonrefundable application fee per applicant. An additional $200 initial deposit is due with this application. The deposit will be credited towards your security deposit. If the application is rejected the $200 deposit will be credited to the applicant. Should the applicant decline to sign a lease or fail to have a parent co-sign a lease after they have been accepted by landlord, the $200 deposit will not be returned. $295 Fee can be paid in cash, check or online payment through our website.
