Dear Students,
We are approaching the end of your lease term. This letter will outline the moving out process.
- The twelfth and final payment on your lease contract is due on May 1st, and can be paid online at http://paynow.biz/ttab under the payments tab. Please note that the final payment is the same dollar amount as the previous eleven payments.
- Leave the apartment in the same condition you received it in (i.e., vacuum all floors, wipe all surfaces in bathroom and kitchen, clean oven, and refrigerator inside and out, wipe inside of cabinets. Repair any wall damage and restore wall color. Etc…)
- Remove all trash from the property and take it with you. You may NOT leave any bulk items. Bulk trash items can be taken to Eldridge Disposal, 898 Fern Hill Road, West Chester, PA 19380
- Return all entry door keys to the the office by 3 pm on Move-out day (Your lease will have the date). Leave individual room keys in the locks for the bedroom doors.
- All carpets must be professionally cleaned, and a copy of an invoice must be turned into this office when you return the keys. Please call and setup as soon as possible because the companies get very busy during this time of year.
Your security deposit will be returned to the lead tenants listed on your lease within 30 days from the end of your lease. Our goal is to return all security deposits but its up to you.
